Entry to Reid Park Zoo, Tucson
A large tensile structure creates a dramatic marker for the new zoo entry, providing shade and more comfortable conditions for thousands of zoo visitors annually. The project also added toilets for visitors and staff, and created four new ticket booths clad in galvanized metal shingles. This project is Phase One of the Master Plan for the Zoo that our firm prepared in collaboration with Jones & Jones Architects and Landscape Architects from Seattle.
